We develop our ceramic bodies internally and coordinate mould design, production, firing and finishing. CNC machining is available where functional geometry requires it.
The drawing is reviewed alongside operating conditions. Tolerances, inspection points and delivery requirements are defined for the actual component.
Technical review
Drawing revision, contact conditions and service duty.
Material & tooling
Select the formulation and develop the mould.
Forming & firing
Manufacture the ceramic shape and control its production route.
CNC finishing
Machine functional surfaces where required.
Inspection & dispatch
Check agreed features and prepare suitable packaging.
Make the drawing work for production.
Mark critical dimensions, functional faces and inspection requirements. Include tolerances and a clear revision. If a geometry needs adjustment for ceramic manufacture, we discuss it before production.
